Clone checklist with Jira issue
When a Jira user clones an issue that contains a checklist, the checklist within it should also be replicated with all checkboxes unchecked.
Multiple checklists per Jira issue
It would be useful to be able to add more than one checklist into an Jira issue. For example you can add a DoD and DoR, which should be independant checklists.
Search templates, checklists, examples ...
As an Administrator setting up checklists, I'd like to be able to search the Example as well as my checklists for keywords. This could go somewhere at the top as per the attached image.
Due date for checklists
To ensure time-sensitive checklists are processed within their validity, I would like to set a due date for checklists to receive a reminder before the date expires. This due date can be configured in the checklist template and will be relevant for each new checklist, that is generated.
Ability to backup / export all data and import it
A feature that lets users easily export all their data into a secure, portable format. This allows for easy backups or migration to different platforms. Users can also import previously exported data to restore their settings, files, or other content.
Support Jira Automation (Triggers, Conditions, Actions)
didit checklists should support Jira Automation so that I can create triggers, conditions and actions there.
Prevent use of public checklists in my didit instance
My organization does not want any checklist to be public at any time. So we want to deactivate the ability for template managers to create public checklists altogether.
Auto save for checklists
Customer Feedback: "I spent quite a bit of time this morning creating the checklist items in my Jira issue. When I came back to it this afternoon, the checklist area was blank so I reloaded the page and all of my checklist items were gone except 1 that I had added the other day. Very frustrating. ----- Found the Save Changes button... ----- Just as a suggestion. Jira now keeps comments that haven't been saved somehow, so if I leave the page inadvertently, they are still there when I return. Would be great if you could implement this for the checklist"
@mention for Todos
Not every ToDo in a Checklist will be solved from the same Person. @mention-function for different responsible person for Todos would be helpful.
Display links in Checklists items as "inline link" / make them editable
If you add a Confluence link to a Checklists item, the link is displayed abbreviated (see pic). The link works fine, but it would be nicer if it could be displayed as an inline link - as is usually the case in Jira and Confluence. It would be even better if you could edit the displayed name of the link.
