Add multi-level cascading field to Jira Service Management portal request forms

It appears these multi-level select custom fields are only available on the Issue view, not on the portal forms for Jira Service Management projects. It would be great to be able to display these fields on portal request forms so that the customer can specify the field value and it will be captured in the JSM issue.

Hi Mia,
yesterday we released an extension for our main app "Awesome Custom Fields" that allows you to use our custom fields in JSM now.
You can choose between fields that users can directly interact with in the request form and fields that are only displayed in read-only mode in the portal view.
Although Multi-Level Cascading Select is not included in the first iteration as it requires more support, we are already working on it and it will be added in a few weeks!
In the meantime, feel free to explore a bit!
