@omar We just released a new version for Awesome Custom Fields Jira that contains a validated Phone field.

We will look into that kind of custom field soon! 
Could you specify, if you would want that field to be a single-input for one phone number, or a multi-input for more than one number? Would you like to define how the display format should be or should the format be based on the input ? Like country e.g.
