As a Confluence user I want to set up a news stream that includes all channels that are of high relevance for me and that I'm interested in. I want to be able to configure the channels by myself and make changes from time to time as my interest in specific topics may change.

Maybe this can be included with the 'Follow' feature that is prominently featured on the Confluence Cloud dashboard.
