Issue picker field

We are happy to announce our latest feature: the issue picker.

This custom field enables users (and agents) to add related issues to the current Jira ticket. The linked issues are displayed in a table like manner including issue key, summary and status. If used in a service request, it helps customers to retrace the status of the related internal Jira issues (without giving them access to the whole data).
