We have a case where we would like to know who is working on a checklist. One could use a free text field to ask for the name of the person.

Great suggestion.
Yes for me, we'd want to provide a link to another page which shows instructional breakdown and a video in many cases so they can follow along.
For example, "Turn on all lights in the downstairs area" which has four locations of lights hidden behind curtains, behind doors and behind stage.
This features means we can provide all information needed with hyperlinking to it all.

Yes, a function like this would be really useful! Here is a screenshot of what this looks like in my head. A designer could make it more "fancy" I guess.

Also I´d like to add: Information in a box like this would have to be "clickable" for our use case.
