Checklists in Jira: Disable for all projects

I was able to locate the settings for each Jira project that allow me to disable the checklist app for the project.
However, my org has 50+ projects and when I install this app, it is on for all projects by default. I have not been able to find a setting to disable for all projects at once so that our other admins can opt in if/when needed/desired.
Does this setting exist?
