Global default for task visibility in checklists
Dietmar Schuck
Introduce a global default setting for the visibility of checked tasks in all checklists, controllable by the super administrator. This feature allows the super administrator to set a company-wide default on whether completed and skipped tasks should be displayed or hidden in checklists across all projects. When this global default is enabled, it ensures consistency in how task visibility is managed across the organization, while still granting individual users the flexibility to override this setting in specific checklists as needed. This streamlines task management and enhances focus on ongoing tasks, aligning with the organization's productivity strategies.

We offer the possibility to set default visibility behavior for checked/pending tasks: https://seibert.biz/checklistsshowhidecheckedtasks
If I understand correctly, the only difference is that not the admin but the user can set the behavior for their instance individually. Does that already cover your needs?

Lisa Schaar: Hi Lisa,
Regarding "Does that already cover your needs?": No, unfortunately not.
As Martin described in the opening post, I would love to have the ability to set a company-wide default on whether completed and skipped tasks should be displayed or hidden in checklists across all projects.
