These are the two things we're discussion in our sprint planning:
- Limit access to didit Checklist Portal- In the settings area of Jira or Confluence for didit, you can define one or multiple groups with access to the didit portal via “apps => didit - Checklists”. If this setting is empty, everyone can access the portal. Otherwise, only the defined groups can access it.
- Allow limit of access to checklist templates (and instances)- You can add groups to view and change the checklist template for every template. This is a separate feature from the Template managers. Suggestion for naming: “Template Managers in Atlassian Cloud” / “Template Managers outside Atlassian Cloud”. Listing checklist instances will be only available for the defined groups as well.
