Well, basically what I would like to do with checklists is have Jira automation, specifically in a Service Desk project, to add a checklist template based on certain conditions of a raised issue.
I know I can set up a default template for Issue types, but we need to be able to have default templates for specific Request Types with some conditioning.
Basically, I want automation to do this:
IF this custom field equals “specific value” THEN add “specific checklist template” to the request.
